The Gold Dragon Wok pan is made from heavy-duty, black carbon steel. The ergonomic & removable design of the wooden handle ensures a safe comfy grip when you use this wok as well as clean and compact storage. 12.5 inch diameter, flat bottom wok is suitable for all heat sources including electric coils, electric and induction glass tops, gas stove tops, and other direct heat sources. A wooden lid is included with the wok pan to cover up your food.
Use And Care: Before using your new wok for the first time, remove all packaging, wash your pan in warm water, DO NOT USE SOAP. DRY THOROUGHLY AND IMMEDIATELY, then apply a light coating of vegetable oil or cooking spray to the cooking surface. Wok must be completely dry before seasoning, it is recommended to heat wok over low heat until completely dry, then coat pan lightly with vegetable oil and wipe clean with a paper towel before use or storing.
