Boxo Tava is an innovative product from Organic & more Range of eco-friendly Terracotta kitchen ware. It’s perforated surface leads to uniform gas flame distribution and heating. Clay adds a unique flavour to food, preserving natural flavours and nutrient content of the food. Boxo Tava is ideal for making chapatti, roasting, papad’s, etc. For first time use only Heat Tawa on low flame for 5 minutes. Put handful of dry flour on the Tava and close the gas. Now let Tava cool for 5 minutes, use a dry clean cloth rub the flour across the surface of Tava now clean it by removing all the flour. Your Tava is now ready for use. This is only for first time use you need not repeat this every time you use Desi Tawa. Care and Instruction: Don’t overheat your Tava. When using Desi Tawa, cook on low or medium heat. Do not leave your Tawa unattended, especially when empty. Turn off the heat as soon as you are done cooking. Once the cooking is done do not dip or hold the Tawa under water as it may crack as it’s made from Clay. Washing Instructions: Wash Tava using a sponge or soft cloth. Do not use scrub pads, steel wool, or metal scrubbers on Non-Stick surfaces.
