Superior Futura Hard Anodised

Hard Anodising was first developed by Russian scientists to produce a metal surface tough enough for space travel. The same technology is used by Futura to make Hard Anodised Cookware. The Hard Anodised surface is harder than steel with wonderful properties for cooking.

4.06 mm extra thick heavy gauge

The 4.06 mm extra thick base and sides of the Kadhai (Deep-Fry Pan) spreads heat evenly and retains heat well. The curved sides makes it ideal for deep-frying and stir-frying. Food tends to not burn or stick on the hard anodised extra thick base.

Cook with less oil

The round bottom has two important functions: it allows you to get cooking depth with minimal amount of oil, and the curved body spreads the gas flames and the gases well, heating food quickly and evenly.

Metal-ladle friendly

The protective hard anodised surface is 2.4 times stronger than steel. So you may use metal ladles for cooking in the Futura Hard Anodised Deep-Fry pan with complete peace of mind.

Stay-cool riveted Rosewood Handle

All Futura Hard Anodised Deep-Fry pans come with a elegant, comfortable rosewood handles fixed on sturdy stainless brackets which are permanently riveted to the pan. Made from original high quality Rosewood, the handles are carefully designed to provide for greater comfort and safety, particularly when handling heavy loads or hot oil.
