How to Calibrate ?

Turn on the pH meter Dissolve each buffer solution in 250 ml of distilled waterImmerse the electrode into the pH 6.86 solution.(under the temperature of 25℃)Press the “CAL”(calibration) button for 5 seconds and release

+Display screen will start flashing “6.86”

+Wait it until the display screen stops flashing.

+ Rinse the electrode with distilled water and make it dry.

Repeat the above steps with 4.00 pH buffer powder and turn the meter OFF by pressing the ON/OFF key
Don’t touch the electrode by hard tools or fingers. Always replace the protective cap to keep electrode from drying out. Clean the electrode every time before and after using. When the meter cannot be turned on or the display fades, open the battery case and replace battery (pay attention to the polarity), then need to recalibrate the meter.

How to use digital ph tester ?

Remove the protective cap and protective film on the screen.First rinse the electrode with distilled water ,and suck with filter paper.Turn the meter on by pressing the “ON/OFF” key.Immerse the pH meter electrode in the solution to be tested (can not be over the immersion line)Stir gently and wait around 30 seconds till the reading stabilized.After finished ,clear the electrode with pure water,turn the meter off by pressing the “ON/OFF” key.Always replace the protective cap after use.

Please don’t test hot solution (>122 ℉/50 ℃)After testing, please wash the probe with water and wipe it mildly, then cover the pH meter with the protective cap in time.The probe of the pH meter needs to be completely immersed in solution. The ideal detection level is the height of the protective capFluctuating solution will affect the testing result, please do the testing when the solution remains static.The ph meter has calibrated before sending out, you don’t need to calibrate it after receiving.
